Tracy is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & has worked with children, adolescents, families, and couples for 20 years in a variety of settings providing services for a wide range of conditions and challenges. Her specialty training in couple and family therapy has rendered a unique clinical lens regarding individual pathology and addressing concerns within a systems perspective. She works with individuals experiencing low self esteem & subsequent mood challenges, ineffective communication skills, attention & focus difficulties, anxiety and related challenges, and compromised relationship dynamics with parents, teachers, and peers.
Tracy also provides personal coaching/counseling for individuals struggling with lifestyle management issues such as environmental & physical stress, schedule/routine balance, relocation challenges, and creating positive communication dynamics in one’s personal and professional relationships.
Tracy and her family have relocated back to Seattle after spending 5 years in Honolulu, HI, rendering the opportunity to incorporate the unique & exceptional experiences by living and practicing in the islands into a most distinct application of private practice philosophy in the Pacific Northwest. Tracy's continued interest in parenting challenges stems from her professional training as well as her personal involvement with her two children, ages 18 & 15.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved through a collaborative process established with each client by addressing their individual needs and creating a specialized treatment plan.
